Strategic land partnerships, structured for execution.
Joint ventures for builders, developers and capital partners.
Slatewood Capital originates and evaluates land opportunities where acquisition, entitlement and development strategies can create additional value. We work with experienced partners to structure select transactions around complementary capabilities, aligned economics and clearly defined execution responsibilities.
Source Beyond the Market
We specialize in sourcing off-market residential land opportunities across our target growth markets, prioritizing properties not publicly listed or widely marketed. Our acquisition focus includes luxury infill lots, strategic acreage, land assemblages, and development-oriented sites. Selectively marketed opportunities may also be considered when aligned with our investment criteria.
Structure Around the Opportunity
Not every land transaction requires the same structure. Slatewood evaluates opportunities for acquisition, entitlement, builder disposition and selective joint ventures based on the property, market and capabilities required to execute the business plan.
Align Capital and Execution
We seek relationships with builders, developers, landowners and capital partners whose expertise complements the opportunity. Roles, economics, milestones and exit objectives are established around a defined transaction strategy.
