Have land? Let’s talk.
Submit your property for a straightforward acquisition review.
A direct acquisition review, not a listing that lingers.
Raw, distressed, inherited, or simply idle — Slatewood underwrites your parcel directly and responds with clear, transparent terms rather than a marketing pitch. Depending on the opportunity, we may acquire the land ourselves, assign the contract to a qualified purchaser, or structure a joint venture. Either way, you know the structure, the counterparty and the timeline before you sign anything.
Submit the parcel
Answer a few questions — no APN required to start.
Receive written terms
A principal underwrites your parcel and responds with a clear proposal — price, structure, contingencies and timeline, itemized in writing.
Coordinate the close
Title, survey and settlement are handled with licensed third-party providers. You sign the agreed documents and funds are disbursed at closing — no listing, no showings, no commissions.
What are you selling?
What sellers actually ask us.
Will Slatewood be the buyer?
Not always. Depending on the opportunity and applicable terms, Slatewood may acquire the land directly, assign its contract to a qualified purchaser, or pursue a selective joint venture. The structure and counterparty are disclosed in writing before you sign.
Do I need to clean up the land first?
No. Unimproved condition is expected. We underwrite overgrown, inaccessible and code-violation parcels as they sit — cleanup is not a precondition to a review.
What about inherited or probate land?
We work through probate and heirship regularly and can coordinate with your attorney or refer one.
Are there fees or commissions?
No commissions and no listing agreement. Slatewood acts as principal or assignor, not as your broker. Closing costs, prorations and any deductions are itemized in the written agreement before you sign.
How fast can you actually close?
Timing depends on title clearance, survey and the agreed terms. We open title and diligence early and coordinate with the settlement agent so closing lands on the date stated in the contract.
